PSA Grading Submissions

We submit to PSA on your behalf. Pick a service tier, pay per card, photograph your cards, and ship them to us (or drop off in store if you are local to Brisbane). Non-sports cards only.

How to ship your cards

READ CAREFULLY

  1. Upload photos first Before submitting your order, you must upload clear photos of every card included in your submission. A 3×3 grid showing the front and back of the cards is recommended, provided each card is clearly visible. We will not submit your cards to PSA without the required photos. If no images are uploaded within 14 business days, your cards will be returned to you and you will receive a refund, minus any applicable shipping costs.
  2. Card Holder Requirements Once your photos have been uploaded, sleeve and place every card in its own individual semi-rigid card holder. Preferred holders: Ultra PRO or Palms Off Gaming semi-rigid holders. Please DO NOT use: Top-loaders, Sleeves with “pull tabs”, Screw-down holders or Magnetic holders. PSA does not accept cards submitted in these types of holders. Using the correct semi-rigid holder helps ensure your cards can be accepted for grading without delays.
  3. Packaging & Card Order Once all cards are placed in their individual semi-rigid holders, wrap the entire stack firmly in bubble wrap to protect the cards during transit. Please note that your cards will be graded in the exact order you send them to us - starting with the top card of the stack and continuing down to the bottom. Please ensure your cards are arranged in your preferred grading order before packaging and sending your submission.
  4. Shipping & Packaging Pack your cards in a sturdy box - NOT an envelope. Use sufficient padding on every side of the card stack to prevent movement during transit. When the box is gently shaken, nothing inside should move.
  5. Order Print-Out Requirement Include a print-out of your order inside the box. Your print-out must clearly show your submission reference (PSA-...). If your submission arrives without the required print-out, your cards will not be submitted. Your cards will be shipped back to you at YOUR cost.
  6. Shipping & Drop-Off Ship your submission using a tracked service to: PO BOX 65, ALBANY CREEK, QLD, 4035. If you are local to Brisbane, you can also drop your cards off in store at: 7/47 Musgrave Road, Coopers Plains, QLD 4108. If dropping your cards off in store, please bring a PRINTED copy of your order showing your submission reference (PSA-...).
  7. Multiple PSA Service Tiers If you submit cards under more than one PSA service tier, return shipping will be charged separately for each submission. Different service tiers may be completed and returned at different times, so submissions cannot be combined for return shipping. All cards will remain matched to their original submission and will be shipped separately.
  8. PSA Submission Updates You will receive an email from cardgrading@mistyscollectables.com.au with instructions on how to join our Discord server, where you can receive frequent updates on your PSA submission. Please allow UP TO 5 business days for this email to arrive. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder regularly so you don't miss it.
